SHIPPING POLICY

Walk With HIM designs, manufacturers, and delivers fashionable footwear & spiritual apparel.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped no later than 3-5 working days of receipt Monday - Friday 8am -5pm.

Orders received after 4pm on Friday will be processed on the next business day.

Carrier

We use USPS to deliver our orders:

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. When your backorder item becomes available we will notify you and ship the remaining portion of your oder. You will not be charged for any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
